North Shore National Recreation Trail
Opt for an afternoon of adventure on the North Shore National Recreation Trail. Along the north shore of Lake Arrowhead, the 1.6-mile hiking trail travels down through the San Bernardino Mountains. The trail starts right behind the North Shore Campground and trails Little Bear Creek. It’s a downhill journey, so following the trail back is an uphill trek. Despite its increasing level of difficulty, it’s really easy. Don’t forget your walking stick.
